HTi courses range from basic IT to advanced management and leadership skills, accountancy, project management, sales and marketing, self-motivation and personal development subjects. Each one is carefully structured, flexible and authoritative, with excellent support. Selected courses can also result in a City and Guilds NVQ-equivalent IT qualification.
Although the HTi was designed to be an employer-funded scheme, participating employees often contribute to the cost through an agreed reduction in gross salary – called a salary sacrifice. As HTi courses are all work-related, neither you nor your employees will be liable for income tax or NICs on the cost of the HTi programme.
HTi courses are bundled together in groups of 5 or 10 and represent exceptional value. In addition, participating employees are offered brand new laptop computers totally free*. Click on the 'courses' button below to see the full range of learning opportunities.
